The User acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that while fulfilling the membership procedures, benefiting from the Services of the Site, and performing any transaction related to the Services on the Site, they will comply with all the terms specified in the User Agreement, the rules stated on the Site, and all applicable legislation, and that they understand and accept all the terms and rules specified in the User Agreement.

In cases where it is claimed that the rights of other Users or third parties have been violated in accordance with the provisions of the current mandatory legislation or in cases where SehenGame deems necessary due to official authorities, the User agrees, declares, and undertakes that SehenGame is authorized to disclose confidential/private/trade secrets to the relevant official authorities and rights holders, and therefore, no compensation can be claimed from SehenGame under any name whatsoever.

Products specified as 'automatic delivery' in the product description are automatically sent to both your email and the 'ACCOUNT AND KEY INFORMATION' section in your customer panel right after placing your order. You can access your account information by entering this section.

If you have purchased a regular delivery product, your product information will be sent to your email address within a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 96 hours. Our average delivery time is 3 hours. This time is entirely related to workload and supply. If there is no workload and no supply problem, your product can be sent in as little as 3 minutes. However, if there is workload and supply problem, this process can be extended to the maximum.

All products come with a warranty. The warranty periods of each product are specified in the description. Ban Guarantee is 48 hours for each product. Ban notifications after 48 hours will not be taken into account. In case of any problems, the replacement period is between 1 minute and 96 hours. This period may be extended in case of possible stock problems, you can get more detailed information from the support team.

Cloud system gameplay guarantee is not provided for purchased games. (Geforce Now, etc. systems.) Games may be supported, but a guarantee of "you can definitely play" is not provided within our rules.

Epin and Key products are provided as zero and unused codes, directly obtained from the main company, it is impossible for them to be defective or used, if you have screen recording during purchase and code usage to prevent it from being compromised, support will be provided, otherwise malicious users exploit this situation to gain unfair profit.

Before or after purchase, do not share complaints on complaint sites without contacting us. First, contact us via Instagram or the email where the delivery is made.

The products you purchase are 1 Order = 1 PC. You need to make a new purchase for a different computer. This rule is a precaution we have taken for customers who distribute our products to many people.

You make your payments on our site through WEEPAY payment systems with 100% assurance. Your information is protected and never shared.

Money refund is not accepted for purchased products as required by law. In case of possible problems, replacement will be made with a new product.

Products sold as accounts are mostly sold as second-hand accounts, there may be certain progress in the game. We do not recommend depositing money to purchased accounts, SehenGame is not responsible for possible problems.

Steam, Origin, Uplay, Playstation category products (except accounts with changed email information) are provided as our own special shared accounts.

If the customer name-surname and email section is entered incorrectly when registering or purchasing a product, SehenGame is not responsible.

The warranties of customers who damage our establishment on social media, complaint sites, forums, etc. are terminated and their orders are blocked.

Users and SehenGame are legally independent parties. They do not have any partnership, representation, or employee-employer relationship. As a result of the acceptance and implementation of the User Agreement, no partnership, representation, or employee-employer relationship arises.

SehenGame reserves the right to change the "User Agreement".
