Cancellation and Refund Agreement
In accordance with Article 15, paragraph 'ğ' of the Regulation No. 29188 on Distance Contracts published by the Ministry of Customs and Trade in 2014, contracts related to 'services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer' have been indicated as an exception to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, disposable digital products, codes, vouchers, durations, gift cards, credits, points, memberships, and similar services sold through the website www.sehengame.com, which fall under the category of services performed instantly in electronic environment, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Considering that every kind of product or service obtained by users/consumers from the website www.sehengame.com involves an instant performance nature, SehenGame is not responsible for the effects and damages arising from user/consumer errors in the use and benefit acquisition of these products or services. The entirety of risks arising from the use and success of any kind of service and product provided by SehenGame, due to the characteristics mentioned above, are the responsibility of the user/consumer. All the risks arising from the use and performance of these products or services provided within this site that has the nature of a Distance Contract are the responsibility of the user/consumer as per the relevant legislation. The transactions and agreements within this site with the nature of Distance Contracts, in accordance with the relevant regulations, are not subject to the right of withdrawal and provisions regarding use, for instantly performed services in electronic environment and goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Therefore, under no circumstances, SehenGame provides refunds or replacements. Individuals who are parties to this agreement are obliged to be aware of this provision brought by the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.
In case any breach or action is detected that would be evaluated as a violation or inconsistency with the terms and conditions of use and participation of users within the scope of the services offered by SehenGame and any related service, all rights and usage opportunities provided directly or indirectly by the relevant service, along with the user's account in the system, will be temporarily or permanently frozen for a period with the consent of the copyright holder. In this case, the user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they will not enter the system, the provided service, any electronic platform related to this service, or similar environment again, and they will not request a refund for any payments made up to that point.
